Why QuoteNod
- One price for the businessThe others charge per user. Solo is one person; Crew and Firm carry the whole team for one price.
- A real signature, not a tickA drawn signature behind a code that only the customer has. A "click to accept" is an argument waiting to happen.
- Your money never touches usPayments go from your customer's bank to yours. We take a fee per online payment, and nothing from a bank transfer.
- The whole job, not just the quoteDiary, team, HR, projects, stock, messages and certificates in the one app, rather than five subscriptions that do not talk.
- Built for UK tradesCIS, the reverse charge, gas and electrical certificates, UK banks — not a general tool with a British spelling pack.
- Assistant, not a chatbotNod books jobs, files photos and sets tasks — and nothing happens until you confirm the card.
- Nothing to installWorks on the phone in your hand and the computer in the office; customers need no app and no account.
- Try it without a cardFourteen days free, every feature open. Leave, and your data goes with you as files.

Questions, answered
What is QuoteNod, in one sentence?
An app where you build a quote on your phone, send a link, your customer signs it with their finger, and QuoteNod then handles the deposits, payment links, receipts and invoices for you.
What does registering my interest commit me to?
Nothing. No card, no payment, no obligation — it just tells us you'd use it, and, if you land inside the founding places, secures that offer. You get one email confirming it, then the emails you said yes to: news and offers, and progress towards launch. The first 250 places are sent an invitation to the private beta. You can stop any of them from the link at the foot of every email.
What do I get for registering early?
The first 500 registrations get first access before the public, 3 months' free access — no subscription — instead of the standard 14-day trial, and pricing locked at £12/month for as long as you stay subscribed. QuoteNod's fees on payments and contracts still apply during the free months. After those 500 places are taken the offer closes, and the number left above is live.
What will it cost after launch?
£12/month or £115/year for unlimited quotes, invoices and the finance report. QuoteNod's fee is £1.25 on a payment over £50, or 65p on £50 or under, on every payment your customer makes through your own Stripe or GoCardless account (taken automatically as it is made, plus your provider's own fee) or that you record as taken on your own card reader. A signed contract whose job is not paid through a payment link carries a £1 contract fee, added to your bill. Nothing is ever added to what your customer pays, and there are no other charges. Founding members keep £12/month even if the public price rises.
Is a finger-drawn signature actually legally binding?
Yes — UK law recognises electronic signatures for contracts like these. Every signature is bound to the exact quote content with a tamper-evident record, and both sides get the signed PDF.
Does QuoteNod touch my money?
Never. Payment links take your customer to your own Stripe or GoCardless account, or show your own bank details for a transfer. QuoteNod never holds a penny of it.
What happens when the places run out?
The offer closes and the page says so — no quiet extensions, no "one more batch". You can still register after that, you'll just be on the launch list at the standard £12/month with a 14-day trial.
Need to ask us something?
Registered with the wrong email, want taking off the list, or just want to know something before you sign up? Write to [email protected], or send it from here — both arrive in the same place and a person reads them.
