QuoteNod

You've been sent a quote to sign

A tradesperson has used QuoteNod to send you a quote you can read and approve from your phone — no app to install, no account to create.

What signing does. Drawing (or typing) your signature and tapping Approve accepts the quote and its contract terms — the same as signing on paper. UK law recognises electronic signatures like this for everyday contracts. You'll immediately get your own PDF copy by email, with your signature on it.

Why it's safe. The link you were sent is private to your quote. When you sign, the exact quote you saw — every price and every term — is locked with a cryptographic fingerprint. If anything were changed afterwards, by anyone, the record would visibly fail verification. That protects you exactly as much as it protects the tradesperson.

Your data. We store your name, contact details and signature only so both of you have the record; it's shared with nobody else and covered by our privacy notice. Your legal rights — including the 14-day cancellation right for most at-home work — are spelled out in the standard contract terms shown with every quote.

Not ready? You don't have to sign. Use *Request changes* or *Decline* on the quote page, with a message, and the tradesperson is notified.

*Run a trade business yourself? QuoteNod gets your quotes signed like this — register your interest.*
