Contract terms — what your customer agrees to

Every quote carries QuoteNod’s standard contract terms automatically — plain-English cover for the things that cause disputes: when the contract forms, deposits and refunds, 14-day cancellation rights, changes to the work, and what happens if something goes wrong.

  1. The standard terms attach to every quote on their own — you don’t have to do anything.

  2. Write your own house rules once in Settings → Your standard contract terms and they attach to every new quote; tweak them per job in the builder.

  3. Your customer must confirm they’ve read the full contract before the signature pad unlocks — and the exact text they agreed to is frozen into the signed record.

Nothing you add can reduce your customer’s legal rights — the standard terms say so, which protects you from accidentally writing something unenforceable.
