A quote is just three things: who it’s for, what you’re doing, and what it costs. The total updates as you type.

  1. Tap New quote, then add your customer’s name — their email too if you want QuoteNod to send them copies.

  2. Add your line items: a description, a quantity and a price for each. Quantities can be fractions — “1.5” hours works. Add VAT with one tap if you’re registered.

  3. Tap Save & continue to send, then share the link however you already talk to your customer — WhatsApp, text or email.

You’ll see when they open it, and you’ll get an email the moment they sign. Not ready? Save draft keeps it on your quotes screen to finish later.
